De MS vereniging regio Utrecht biedt advies en ondersteuning, is belangenbehartiger van de Utrechtse leden, geeft informatie en voorlichting en organiseert contactbijeenkomsten. Regio Utrecht bestaat uit negen rayons. De rayons organiseren lotgenoten bijeenkomsten en andere activiteiten voor MS patiënten en mantelzorgers. Elk rayon heeft een coördinator die ook de contactpersoon is. Er is dus altijd een contactpersoon en meestal een lotgenotengroep bij jou in de buurt. De rayons zijn: De Bilt & Bilthoven / Eemland / Nieuwegein / Stichtse Vecht / Utrecht Stad / Veenendaal / Woerden / Zeist / MS café Utrecht.
